Q: How Long Does Delivery Take To Receive?

A: All of our featured Duvet Cover bedding sets will ship within 72 hours, but can be as little as 24 hours.  All other items will be shipped within 2 weeks as sometimes they have to be finished being created, so fresh off the assembly lines.  The exception is for the Italian Bed Linen as those can take up to a month to receive.  Customs Normally Slow Things Down Quite A Bit.

Q: What is the return policy, should I have a problem?

A: - All returns must be in the original box and unused condition and must have an RA number (by contacting us for approval within 3 days of receipt of item) included as well.
- If a return is not dropped for shipment within 15 days from the delivery date we will refuse it
and no refund will be issued.
- There will be a $15 processing/restocking fee and Shipping costs both directions will not be refunded as can be understood.  The processing/restocking fee will however be waived if exchanging it for another item.
Once we receive the returned merchandize we will insure it is in “unused condition” and we will credit
your account within 7 business days.

Q: What is level of privacy of my personal information?

A: Your information will never be sold and your personal information will never be compromised.  You however will be put in a database to receive special promotions or notified if you are a winner.  But then you also have the option to be removed from the list, so you remain in complete control.
